What the service is

You upload a CV. We use AI to estimate a salary range you might reasonably negotiate for, based on aggregated market data. The estimate is directional — it's not financial, career, or legal advice, and it's not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Your account

You sign in via Google, LinkedIn, or a one-time email link. You're responsible for whatever happens under your account. Don't share access. Don't try to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or other controls. Don't upload anything that isn't your own CV.

Your content

You keep all rights in the CV you upload. You give us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of producing your recommendation — including transmitting the contents to our AI providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) under their default data terms.

We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on it.

What we promise (and what we don't)

The service is provided as-is. The recommendation may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Real salaries depend on the employer, the role, the negotiation, and many factors we can't see. We're not liable for outcomes you experience based on what you read here.

We might change quotas, pricing, or features — or stop offering the service entirely — at any time. We'll do our best to be reasonable about it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy covers what we collect and how we handle it.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
